Crafting a Sovereign Constitution for True Freedom and Power to the People.

7. A Point-Form Sovereign Individual's Constitution
Very few people are aware of the fact, as stated by Albert Einstein, that “The strength of the Constitution lies entirely in the determination of each citizen to defend it. Only if every single citizen feels duty bound to do his share in this defense are the constitutional rights secure.”
Unfortunately, people have preferred to wallow in ignorance and apathy, and as such, are treated by the elite as pigs in their sty, wallowing in their own mess. Because of this indifference, the current Constitutional Rights, where they exist, are infringed upon as a matter of course.
Because governments have violated our Constitutional Rights, they have NO respect for the Constitution
If we motivate ourselves to introduce a new Constitution, one that we create and vote upon, we deliver a “Fait Accompli” to those who consider themselves our overlords.
The key to a good Constitution is that it is easily understandable and not reliant upon interpretations that can easily be twisted by legal wordsmiths and the bane of our lives: lawyers and judges.
Each Sovereign Individual should be able to govern their lives according to the Sovereign Individual’s Constitution because they can understand it. And a jury of one’s peers should not have to rely on a judge’s or lawyer’s interpretation of the Constitution.
So without further ado, consider this potential Constitution…
Constitution for Sovereign Individuals
Preamble
We, the Sovereign Individuals, establish this Constitution to secure our inalienable rights to life, liberty, and self-ownership. Rejecting coercive governance, often rooted in conquest, we institute a voluntary, decentralized system of services to meet individual and community needs while preserving autonomy. Governed by Natural and Common Law, this Constitution ensures transparent, accountable, and consensual interactions, empowering each individual to thrive in a society founded on mutual respect, responsibility, and liberty.
Article I: Core Rights
Section 1: Self-Ownership
Every individual possesses absolute authority over their body, mind, and labor. No person or entity may coerce, enslave, or exploit an individual without their explicit, informed, and voluntary consent. Any violation of this right is null and void.
Section 2: Freedom of Choice
Individuals have the unassailable right to make decisions regarding their health, education, religion, and lifestyle. No entity, including Service Providers, may impose mandatory interventions or restrictions on these choices. Any attempt to do so is invalid.
Section 3: Property Rights
Individuals are free to acquire, use, and dispose of property, provided no harm is caused to others. Property may not be taxed. Property may not be seized without transparent due process and fair compensation. Any tax or seizure violating these conditions is unlawful.
Section 4: Freedom of Expression
Every individual has the unrestricted right to speak, write, and share ideas without fear of censorship or persecution for their beliefs. No entity, public or private, may suppress or penalize expression, and any such action is prohibited.
Section 5: Prohibition of Propaganda and Censorship
No public or private entity may use propaganda or censorship to manipulate, mislead, or restrict Sovereign Individuals’ access to information or expression. Propaganda, defined as deliberate dissemination of biased or misleading information to influence opinions, and censorship, defined as suppression of speech or information, are strictly prohibited. Any such actions are null and void, with violations subject to transparent enforcement.
Section 6: Privacy Protection
Individuals are protected from surveillance or data collection without their explicit consent. Violations are subject to transparent enforcement, with publicly auditable processes to ensure accountability. Any unauthorized data collection by public or private entities is prohibited.
Section 7: Economic Liberty
Individuals may trade, contract, and innovate without restrictive regulations, taxes, fees, or monopolistic barriers. The freedom to create, use, and trade alternative currencies and engage in consensual economic exchanges is guaranteed. No entity may impose constraints, including taxes or fees, that violate this liberty, and any such restrictions are null and void.
Section 8: Right to Earn a Living
Individuals have the right to earn a living free from regulations, fees, or taxes that infringe upon this liberty. Any financial burden imposed to restrict this right is null and void.
Section 9: Self-Defense
Individuals may use necessary force to protect their life, liberty, and property, including the right to bear arms for personal, family, and community security. No entity may restrict this right.
Section 10: Freedom of Movement
Individuals have the unrestricted right to travel, reside, or relocate globally without forced citizenship or allegiance. Any attempt to impose such obligations is invalid.

Individuals have unrestricted access to information and technology. No public or private entity may monopolize intellectual resources, and any restriction on this access is prohibited.
Section 12: Freedom from Interest-Based Debt
No entity, public or private, may impose interest charges on Sovereign Individuals for loans or financial services. All borrowing agreements must be transparent, consensual, and free of exploitative terms. Any attempt to impose interest or enforce non-transparent agreements is null and void, ensuring that Sovereign Individuals maintain autonomy over their financial obligations.
Section 13: Community-Owned Money Creation
Money creation is exclusively controlled by Sovereign Individuals through decentralized, community-driven mechanisms. No centralized authority, such as a central bank, may monopolize or manipulate currency issuance. Any attempt to centralize or control money creation is prohibited, preserving the community’s sovereignty over its economic systems.
Section 14: Asset-Backed Currency
Money issued by communities must be backed by tangible assets, such as gold, silver, regional commodities, or the labor capacity of the community. The value of currency must be transparent and tied to real-world resources to ensure stability and trust. Any currency not adhering to these principles is invalid, safeguarding economic integrity for Sovereign Individuals.
Section 15: Economic Sovereignty
Sovereign Individuals have the right to engage in consensual economic exchanges free from taxes, fees, or coercive financial regulations. Any attempt to impose such burdens is null and void, ensuring autonomy in financial transactions and innovations.
Section 16: Prohibition of Financial Coercion
No entity may impose financial penalties, taxes, or fees that violate the right of Sovereign Individuals to earn a living or engage in free trade. Any coercive financial burden is null and void, protecting individuals from exploitative economic policies and ensuring their financial autonomy.

Any attempt to manipulate or obscure financial systems is prohibited, maintaining transparency and trust in economic interactions.
Section 18: Financial Privacy
Sovereign Individuals have the right to conduct financial transactions free from surveillance or data collection without their explicit consent. Violations of financial privacy are subject to transparent enforcement under Natural and Common Law, ensuring protection from unauthorized intrusions into personal financial matters.
Section 19: Community-Driven Financial Services
Financial services, including lending and investment, are provided through voluntary, fee-based cooperatives or service providers accountable to the community. No centralized financial institution may dominate or restrict access to these services. Any attempt to monopolize financial services is void, promoting fair and accessible economic opportunities.
Section 20: Right to Opt Out of Financial Systems
Sovereign Individuals may freely withdraw from any financial system or currency without penalty or coercion. Communities are free to establish parallel financial systems to support local needs and sovereignty. Any attempt to impose penalties for opting out is invalid, ensuring complete freedom in financial participation.

Governance operates through voluntary contracts or cooperatives, with no permanent centralized authority. All power resides with Sovereign Individuals, and any attempt to centralize authority is void.

Political parties, lobbyists, political donations, and non-governmental organizations are prohibited from influencing governance. No external entity may interfere with constituent-driven decisions, and any such influence is invalid.
Section 3: Constituent-Driven Representation
Representatives, after consulting constituents, propose services. Only constituents vote directly on each proposed service, with no delegated voting authority beyond proposals. Votes are binding, and any deviation is null.
Section 4: Service Providers
Governance entities are designated as Service Providers, not governments, and operate on a pay-per-use basis. Services are consensual, and individuals may choose to engage or abstain without penalty.
Section 5: Right to Exit
Individuals have the absolute right to withdraw from any system or agreement without penalties. Any attempt to impose penalties for exiting is void.
Section 6: Anti-Monopoly Clause

Governance is based solely on Natural and Common Law, protecting individual rights. All statutory laws are abolished, and any attempt to reinstate them is null and void.
Section 2: Justice System
Civil disputes are resolved through transparent arbitration, ensuring impartiality. Criminal cases are adjudicated by a jury of peers, advised by a jurist, with transparent proceedings. No entity may bypass these processes.

Voting for referendums and the election of officials shall be conducted solely via paper ballots to ensure transparency, verifiability, and integrity. Paper ballots shall be counted publicly, with auditable records accessible to all Sovereign Individuals. Direct voting on proposed services, as outlined in Article II, Section 3, shall be conducted exclusively through mobile phones and computers using blockchain technology designed to be immutable and resistant to hacking. This blockchain system shall employ decentralized, transparent protocols to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access or manipulation. Any attempt to alter, bypass, or compromise these voting processes is null and void, with violations subject to transparent enforcement.
Article VI: Social Contract Governance
Sovereign Individuals are protected by the rights enshrined in this Constitution and are governed by the principles and obligations of the Social Contract for Sovereign Individuals.
Article VII: Commitment and Scope
This Constitution is binding for all Sovereign Individuals who sign the Social Contract, as established in the Social Contract for Sovereign Individuals. All signatories commit to its principles for life, particularly when employed by Local or National Service Providers, ensuring alignment with its values. Non-signatories are prohibited from employment with Local or National Service Providers to maintain the integrity of the governance framework. This Constitution serves as the supreme legal framework, ensuring clarity, transparency, and the protection of individual sovereignty against misinterpretation or abuse.
This first draft of a new Constitution ensures Sovereign Individuals retain maximum control over their lives, safeguarded from coercion, corruption, or centralized overreach. It is a seed of an idea that needs to grow in our collective minds so that we can transition to a better future.
In my next article, I introduce The Social Contract to ensure that “We the People” hold our public servants accountable.
