7. A Point-Form Sovereign Individual's Constitution
Crafting a Sovereign Constitution for True Freedom and Power to the People.
“The people are sovereign and the Constitution is supreme. There is no one greater than the people.”—Franco Debono
This is one of a series of articles about ParaGov, what it stands for, and how it can create freedom for you, your family, and your community. ParaGov promotes a more evolved form of self-governance through decentralized communities that are based on voluntary transactions.

Think about what Franco Debono said: “The people are sovereign and the Constitution is supreme. There is no one greater than the people.”
The only way to protect this powerful assertion by Faranco Debono is by creating a powerful “Sovereign Individual’s Constitution” that clearly outlines our inalienable rights.
Unfortunately, most people are locked into the current paradigm because they have been brainwashed and conditioned to just do as they are told. Like a dog obeying the sit command to get a treat. They cannot even begin to understand that “There is no one greater than the people.”
If we organize, we can write the future we want.
ParaGov is a concept we can organize
“A voluntary, decentralized system offering fee-based services, backed by Natural Law and a constitution, empowering Sovereign Individuals to transition from existing coercive systems to a parallel one that embodies freedom.”
Because I’m not a lawyer, I listed key elements for Grok.AI to incorporate into an ideal constitution for Sovereign Individuals. To make it easily understandable and quickly readable, I requested it in in point form.
This is what Grok.AI came up with…

This first draft of a new Constitution ensures Sovereign Individuals retain maximum control over their lives, safeguarded from coercion, corruption, or centralized overreach. It is a seed of an idea that needs to grow in our collective minds so that we can transition to a better future.
If we don’t, we face a digital prison without hope.
We must create the alternative future we want and slowly transition to it at a local level.
In my next article, I translate the Point-Form Constitution into a short, readable, and understandable Constitution for Sovereign Individuals so we can return power to “We the People.”
